My journey into real estate began on Saturday mornings flipping through the real estate section of the newspaper with my wife, while my kids watched cartoons.

I’ve always been interested in real estate, but life was busy with three kids and their activities. It wasn’t until 2014, when my wife and I became empty nesters and moved from Strathroy to downtown London, that things shifted. Embracing the condo lifestyle at Renaissance II opened new doors for us.

In 2016, we launched "Your Condo Butler," offering condo services like balcony cleaning and move-in packages. The business grew quickly, and by 2018, both my wife and I left our corporate jobs to run it full-time.

While running the business, I found myself having regular conversations about real estate with customers and often found myself giving agent recommendations. That spark led me to pursue my real estate license, which I proudly achieved in 2020. While “Your Condo Butler” is now a chapter behind me, it was a pivotal step for me to take action towards my true passion, helping people through real estate.

The most fulfilling part of real estate is being able to help make an impact on someone’s life, whether it’s helping empty nesters downsize in style, finding a young couple their dream home, or guiding first time home buyers as they step into homeownership.

Through my own journey,  I’ve learned the importance of continuous growth,  trusting when you know it’s time to take the next step, and most importantly surrounding yourself with the right support.
